1. What data we process
When you submit a public X / Twitter URL, we process that link, request timestamps, basic browser and device data, task status, error details, and temporary delivery URLs created for the result.
If you contact us, we also process the email address and support details you provide so we can troubleshoot your issue.
2. How we use the data
We use this data only to identify public X / Twitter URLs, generate available media download results, deliver temporary result files, and operate rate limiting, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service security.
3. Temporary files and retention
To complete delivery, processed files may be stored in temporary object storage with a target cleanup window of about 24 hours.
Error logs, failed-task records, and some access logs may be kept longer for diagnostics, risk review, or abuse handling.
4. Data sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with providers that support hosting, object storage, authentication, analytics, databases, and infrastructure.
We may also disclose data tied to a task or access pattern when required by rights-holder notices, legal requests, or security investigations.
5. Your choices
You can contact [email protected] to ask about access, deletion, or clarification related to your account data or a specific task.
You can also clear browser storage, cookies, or saved language preferences, although doing so may affect part of the user experience.
6. Minors and regional limits
The service is not designed for users below the age permitted by local law. Access may also be limited in some regions because of legal, platform, or risk-control requirements.
7. Policy updates
If the product workflow, infrastructure, or legal requirements change, we will update this page and revise the effective date.
